Feoni-Feonirich was incorporated since 1985 and commenced business operation in 1986, about four decades ago, the Feoni-Feonirich and it's subsidiaries is 100% own by Ekiti Royal Dynasty-family investment Trust which was established and incorporated in 1946, also over seven decades ago. The investment trust with verse business interest and investment across the globe and have been active in the following business and industrial sectors such as; Financing, Investment, Debt-Loan, Assets and Portfolio management, and Import-Export credit market, Agricultural-Farming, Energy-Power and mining sector, Petroleum and Gas products, and Agricultural food and fertiliser-chemicals related products, and security-surveillance & defense accruement procurement credit financing.

The group since incorporation, we have enjoy financial autonomy and it has enabled us to execute most of the short-term, medium-term, to long-term financing structures and with the able support of our in-house capital-syndication mechanism, and funding that has given the bedrock of our success in years and in recent past. In addition to our four (4) decades of finance business operation and insight, the group have been successful in most of its endeavour in direct financing, project finance, procurement and Export-import Credit business to various categories of government institutions, private and public institutions.
