The group cosist of fourteen (14) independent subsidiaries that features in seven (7) business sectors and industries. and We currently operate in four (4) continents and twelve (12) countries accross the world, the group has experince global management team with combine experience of 100 years and management is overseen by the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Our Foundation

The royal family privately owned business conglomerate and Investment Trust that was incorporated in 1946, over seven (7) decades plus ago; the business growth and expansion was sponteneous in the West Africa region based on the knoweledge strength and empowerment of the royal family.

Ownership Structure

Then in 1985 under the visionary wisdom and leadership of HRM; the royal family decided to restructure the empire into four (4) independent business entities in the same year, this gave birth to the incorporation and formation of Feoni Consortium in 1985 and commencement of business in 1986.

We have been very active in the direct finance and investment of various sectors such as: agricultural business, agricultural fertiliser & chemicals production and supply trade, project development & construction, mining and exploration, sales of equipment, petroleum products, LNG & LPG and, and security and surveillance related equipment financing and Hotels, Hospitality and Tourism.

Since incorporated in 1985, Feoni Consortium & Feonirich Investment and its subsidiaries still owned and mostly funded by royal family Investment Trust, As a group since inception we have enjoy full financial autonomy and direct inhouse financing that has enabled us to execute most of the financing ranging from short-term, medium-term, and long-term to hug large-scale capital-intensive investment financing that we have undergone in the recent past.
